1. Quality Control of Raw Materials

All necessary tests and measurements are continuously performed on raw materials. If the quality is confirmed and specifications meet the requirements, the materials are approved for use. For example, the raw materials used in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) include cement, quicklime, silica, gypsum, aluminum powder, aggregate, cement, and polymer additives. The tests performed on raw materials include determining purity levels, particle size distribution, setting time of cement (Vicat test), and reactivity.

2. Quality Control of the Production Process

During various stages of production, the quality control unit focuses on identifying and controlling the quality of the product being manufactured. The production process for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) includes the following steps:

The production process for products in the dry mortar unit includes the following steps:

3. Quality Control of the Final Product

After the visual inspection of the produced product and to ensure that it complies with standard specifications, the following tests are conducted on the autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC). Once confirmed, the product is packaged, labeled, and delivered to the warehouse for shipment to customers.
